No, we never mix dogs during their stay with us. All our dogs have interactions through the fencing when they are out for their exercise.

Yes all dogs get out for a good run around in our exercise paddocks. All dogs with their kennels have outside access to their own individual outdoor space as well.

Yes we have outside secure runs for our cat customers who like to climb and have a good scratch outside.

No . All dogs and cats need to present with their vaccinations card on day of arrival , all vaccinations need to be up to date including Kennel Cough for dogs. Any Dog or Cat whose vaccinations are not up to date will be refused entry.

Yes we do and we will administer medication per vets instructions.

Yes we have a vet on 24hr. Our policy is to also contact our clients vet if any issues occur.

Yes all our kennels have heating. We have a mixture of underfloor heating and also heatlamps all on timers when the temperatures get a bit cool.

Yes all dogs and cats will have their own individual bed and blankets to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Clients are welcome to bring their own blankets if they wish.

Absolutely Yes  with new clients we always recommend they come and have a look around and ask as many questions as possible before they bring their pets.

Yes no problems with that and we will feed per your instructions.

We only call a vet out if we think the welfare of the Dog or Cat is at risk the customer will be liable for the full amount regarding Vets assessment and medication if provided.

We feed twice a day in the morning and the evening.  We can also feed per customers instructions.
